If you have multiple online accounts, you may forget at least one set of log in credentials. Writing your user names and passwords on a piece of paper or in a text file is not a good idea, but you can save and manage this information safely with Chica Password Manager. Instead of committing numerous user names and passwords to memory, you will need to remember only one master password.

The software is not free, but you can use a fully functional trial version for 30 days, if you want to evaluate its capabilities. After a brief installation process, a wizard will ask you to create a master password. Additionally, it will detect your installed web browsers and it will set up a few plug-ins.

It should be obvious that you may access the main interface only after you provide your master password. The interface is divided into multiple sections, in which you may create new entries for web and application accounts, bookmarks, identities and memos. Most entries are created in the same way. You must type the relevant information, like account and user names, passwords and so on, in the appropriate input fields.

A series of options are available for individual accounts and you can use them to sign in right away, without typing anything or copying the user name, password and URL separately. When adding a new account to the database, you can set the program to log you in with a specific web browser. You can also set it to use the provided sign in information, only on the log in page, anywhere on the web site or in other locations.

If you decide to install Chica Password Manager's plug-ins on your web browsers, you will be able to jump to a sign in page and log into an account with a single click. Saved accounts, bookmarks and identities can be selected in a pop-up menu, on various web browsers. You can insert a vast range of information when you create an identity. Instead of filling in countless input fields in order to create an account or make an online payment, you can just click an option and the application will fill in the necessary details for you. Additionally, you can use the software's password generator to create long and complex passwords.

Options for signing in automatically will be integrated into various applications as well. This means that you will be able to log into Yahoo Messenger, MS Outlook and other programs with a single click.

Pros

You can save and organize web and application accounts, identities and more. The software can use the saved information to log you in automatically. Furthermore, you can use it to fill in large sign up or payment forms.

Cons

The only drawback is the fact that Chica Password Manager is free to try for 30 days. With Chica Password Manager, you only need to remember a single password in order to log into any number of accounts.
